He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mike Moore and Nancy Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Moore and Terri Moore; his wife Jennifer Moore; his children, Payton Moore and Nicholas Moore; and his brothers, Dennis Moore and Titus Moore.
