He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Iozzo and Mary Iozzo (Prince); and his siblings, Nicky, Tookie, Dee, Marthy and Lolly.

He is survived by: his wife Amy Iozzo (Grindlay); his sons, Craig (Linda Iozzo), James (Yuri Iozzo), Jason (Heidi Iozzo) and Justin (Kendra Iozzo); his stepson Garrett Reynolds; his grandchildren, Anthony, Nicholas, Jake, Megan, Olivia and Lucas; and his sister Joanie.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 100 North Pkwy, Worcester, MA 01605.
