He is survived by: his wife Renee; his children, Danielle, Nicholas (Maia), Jason (Jean) and Kathryn; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Jayda, Jazzlyn, Nathan, Alexis, Ryder, Annabella, Juliana, Savannah, Lucas and Jack; and his siblings, Nick (Melody), John and Norah Lee.
