He was predeceased by: his father Steve Gurr; his grandparents, LaMar and Mary Mouritsen; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Shaquanshia "Kenni" Gurr; his son Teddy McGhee; his mother Marla VanPut (Patrick) of Letha, Idaho; and his siblings, Jerimiah Gurr of Letha, Idaho, Elizabeth Chapson of Las Vegas, Julie Durfy of Bicknell, Utah and Jeff Gurr of Escalante, Utah.
