He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera DeRay Wall (Withrow) and Thomas Cleatus Wall; his wife Diane; and his children, Denise, Francis, Tommy, Darin, Brian and Sherri. He was also cherished by his wife, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
For his exceptional contributions to our nation's defense during the Vietnam War, he received numerous awards, including the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with two bronze service stars, and National Defense Service Medal with a bronze service star.
