He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemmie Harper and Edith Doris Jones; and his sister Cecelia Jean Harper. He is survived by: his sons, Cameron Harper and Brandon Harper; and his aunts, Corine Dupree and Lorrine Scott. He is also survived by cousins, relatives, and dear friends.
