He is survived by: his wife Sukanya Mulvania (Suki); his children, Jason, Michael and Gail Mulvania; his grandchildren, Ricky Mulvania, Levi, Deven and Joshua Nilsson; and his siblings, Linda Phillips (Don) and Gary Mulvania (Patti).
