He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexios Gianasmidis and Zoe Gianasmidis; his siblings, Vasilli and Ellie; his wife Elizabeth Gianasmidis (Barbas); his nephews, Christoper Barbas (Jennifer) of Dearborn and James Barbas (Courtney); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ari, Maks and Cass of Howell; and his nieces, Katherine Teany of Madison Heights and Denise Vangel of Fullerton. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
