He was predeceased by : his father Jefferson Watson Lewis; and his brothers, Sidney, Stanley, Shelton, Steven and Stover.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara Lewis; his children, Bruce Alan Lewis, Shelly Lorene Vert (Victor), Rhonda Ruth Otte (Brett) and William Patrick; and his stepdaughters, Tammara Detviler (Mauricio "Mo" Valarde) and Denise Kline. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, and his eight great-grandchildren.
