She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Eugene Puckett and Mabel Blackburn Puckett. She is survived by: her husband Phil Lambert; her daughters, Kristi Boyles (Trey), Tish Butcher (Eddie) and Savannah Joyce (Kevin); her grandchildren, Zachary Gentry, Nicole Melton (Chuck), Cole Gentry (Adam), Brianna Boyles and Gracie Butcher; her great grandchildren, Carlee Melton, Emma Butcher and Dominick Melton; and her brothers, Larry Puckett, Doug Puckett, Lavin Puckett and Brian Puckett (Amanda).
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 2:45 PM at the Skyline Memory Gardens (432 Old Buck Shoals Rd, Mt Airy, NC 27030).
