He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Wyatt Boutchyard Sr. and Guy Boutchyard; and his sister Linda Boutchyard. He is survived by: his wife Deb Boutchyard; his son Tim (Becky); his stepchildren, Shane Pessetto and Chanelle Taylor; and his siblings, Jeffrey, Richard Boutchyard, Tina Pilkerton (Stan) and Terri Duboise. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home - Price (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Cliffview Cemetery (1600 E 8th N, Price, UT 84501).
