He is survived by: his wife Angela Biggins (Angie); his daughter Jenny (Biggins) Singh (Kerry Miller); his sister Beverly Royal (Biggins); his stepchildren, Matthew Vasicek (Jacquie Vasicek) and Mindy Plotts; his grandchildren, Alexander James Biggins, Cameron Vasicek, Madison Singh, Ryleigh Singh and Kylee Plotts; his nephew Hirschel Riley; and his niece Rachelle Royal.
