He was predeceased by : his son Timothy Gulenchyn; and his parents, Estelle Gulenchyn and Steve Gulenchyn. He is survived by : his wife Eleanor; his brother Ron (Mary); his son Steve (Sheri); his grandchildren, TJ (Diana) and Andra Lindquist (Tommy); and his great grandchild June Gulenchyn.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (9100 93rd Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
