With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alena I. Deal of Minden, Nevada, born in Concordia, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alena left this world on April 19, 2026 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alena may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Derald Deal and Althea Fredericks; her nephew Patrick Deal; and her niece Kathleen Rice. She is survived by: her nephew Harry Fredericks of Emporia, Kansas; and her nieces, Sue Lawhorn of Salina, Cheryl Dupes (Ralph) of Rolla and Ruth Garrison of Salina, Kansas. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
