He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Henry Burkett and Donna Cirrincione; and his brother Doug Burkett. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Burkett; his children, Anthony Burkett (Kayla), Tori Burkett and Jacob Burkett; his grandson Hunter Jones; his brothers, David Burkett (Adeline), Shawn Cirrincione (Nikki) and Marc Cirrincione; and his stepfather Gene Cirrincione.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Barlow Home (2251 Wells Ave, Logandale, NV 89021).
