He was predeceased by : his parents, Amos Worden and Mildred Worden; his brother Larry; his former life partner Shirley; and his wife Carolyn.

He is survived by : his former life partner Nell; his sons, Don and Tim Worden (Paula); his grandchildren, Ariea Daley (Kiernan), Jake Ramirez and Jayme Worden; his daughter JoJo Brunelle (John); his grandson Jeff Brunelle (Zoe); his great grandchildren, Evie and Collins; his granddaughter Cassie Brunelle; his sons, Michael Worden (Well) and Robert Worden (Sandra); his grandson Anthony Worden (Laura); his great grandchild Annetta; his grandson Marc Worden; his daughter Kimberly Huff (Andrew); his grandchildren, Taylor, Noah and Kurian; his daughter Samantha Ebarb (Dominic); his grandchildren, Ava and Dominic; his son Travis Ebarb (Las Vegas); his grandson Gray; his daughter Casey Bravo; and his grandchildren, Ayden, Austin and Allie.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages remembrance donations to be made to the Pahrump Valley High School Athletic Dept. or the youth organization of choice.
