He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Shipler and Eva Shipler (Stewart); his siblings, Mary Lou Mankle (Don), Roger Shipler and Marcia Coco (Frank); his nieces, Pam Meyers, Rachel Canadino and Dawn Mankle; and his nephew Brandon Mankle.
He is survived by: his brother Boyd Shipler (Rosann); and his sister-in-law Lois Shipler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
