Though Joe may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Henry Sicking and Georgie Hattie Connell Sicking; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, John Sicking (Veronica) and Amy Jo Moore (Kyle); his grandchildren, Tate Moore (Megan), Zane Moore (Hannah) and Mallie Dekker (Johan); and his sister Sue Jarrard (Sonny). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
