He was predeceased by: his sister Megan Urban; and his cousin Brandon Urban. He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Urban and Jill Urban; his brother Patrick Urban; his sister-in-law Jenae Stevens; his nephew Declan Urban; his aunts and uncles, Donna Urban, Paul, Diana Urban, Jim and Kathy Danninger; Michele Urban and Wes Urban.
