He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Slotto and Sara Slotto; and his son Justin Slotto. He is survived by: his sister Jenice Sprenger (Henry "By"); his niece Corrie Cecchi Thomas (Eric Schoonover); his great-nephew William Thomas; and his caregiver Christina Nye-Carroll Betts (Ralph).
