She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Archibald and Eleanor Frances MacDonald; her sister Eleanor Frances Buswell; and her nephews, Daniel and Ronald Frances.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth L. Hamner; her son MacDonald "Mickey" Hamner (Vickie); her grandchildren, Julie White and Kenneth Hamner (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Ashley Kindelberger (Nathan), Mikayla Hamner, Haley Hamner, Alyssa Kresge, Trevor Hamner and Hunter Hamner; her great great grandchild Opal; her sibling's children, Steven O'Leary, Michael Pimpao and Laura Francis; and her sister Donna.
The last years of her life Evelyn battled Parkinson's disease.
