He is survived by: his wife Lai Stowell (Lily) of Reno, Nevada; his children, Jeffrey Stowell of Havertown, Jason Stowell of Wilmington, Delaware and Debra Wallace (Begg); his grandchildren, Emily, Elias, Taylor, Julian and Isaiah; and his great grandchildren, Anthony and Stanley.
