He was predeceased by: his father Donald Joe Haney; and his stepfather A. C. Britt. He is survived by: his son Stephen Haney; his mother Juanell Britt; his brothers, Michael Haney (Kristina) and Bryan Haney (Sharon); his stepsister Tammy Britt; Blake, Brittany, Jolie (Travis), Ezra and Luca.
