He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toner and Kathryn Connery Toner; and his sibling Katheryn Mary. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Kristen Toner, Nicole Toner and Bridget Fitzpatrick; his granddaughter Kailey Kathryn Fitzpatrick; his siblings, Sheila Exner (Don), Kathleen McBroom (Ron), Maureen Singleton (Tim), Peggy Riehm (Harry) and Julie Toner; his sisters-in-law, Linda Toner and Suzie Toner; and his nieces and nephews, Terry Troy, Isabel Troy, Helen Jacobs, Max Jacobs, Phil Troy, Jan Troy, Vincent Troy and Joanna Troy.

Donations may be made in Jim's name to Catholic Charities and/or Bishop Manogue Catholic High School.
