With solemn reverence, we commemorate Janice Ann Clausen of Reno, Nevada, born in Malin, Oregon, whose life came to an end on July 30, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel McAuliffe and Janie McAuliffe; her siblings, Cornelius McAuliffe, Ellen Smalley, Eddie McAuliffe and Mary Brady; and her granddaughter Brynn Clausen.
She is survived by: her husband James Clausen; her sons, Danny and Tim Clausen; her daughter-in-law Jessica Clausen; and her granddaughters, Charlotte, Violet, Stella and Lola Clausen.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church (1138 Wright St, Reno, NV 89509). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Blackrock Wine Company (6135 Lakeside Dr #111, Reno, NV 89511).
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in Janice's name.
