He is survived by: his siblings, Roberta Godby of Louisville, KY and John White of Raleigh, NC; his niece Karen Godby Rowe of Louisville, KY; his nephews, Ramsey Akel of Louisville, CO and Coleman Akel of Louisville, CO; and his great-nephews, Ellery Wheeler and Chase Godby.
