She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Olejniczak and Jessie Douglas Olejniczak; her husband John S. Terry; and her siblings, James, Peter, Thomas, Roy Olejniczak and Fran Struble.
She is survived by: her siblings, Arlene Makeley of Angelica, Anthony Olejniczak of Wellsville and Robert Olejniczak of Fillmore; and her friend Deanna Hand. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
