With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Conely in Reno, Nevada, who passed away on February 22, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Conely and Rosemarie Conely. He is survived by: his wife Jerada Conely; his children, Jennifer Caudle (Loren) and Jason Conely; his grandchildren, Patrick Grover (Jennifer), Josie Hadac (Johnny), Cassidy Conely and Jack Conely; and his siblings, Judy, Kay, Mike and Jake. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of gifts, donations may be made to the VA Medical Center in Reno in Patrick's honor.
