She is survived by: her children, Kevin Slinkard and Trisha Lockett (Kyle); her stepchildren, Johnny Palmer (Camille) and Kelly Palmer; her grandchildren, Dusty Reed, Gage, Levi Lockett, Cody, Madison, Morgan Slinkard and Isaiah Palmer; her great grandchildren, Einleigh Slinkard, Koda Slinkard and Adalena Slinkard; her brother Troy Slinkard; and her siblings-in-law, Donnie Frakes, Mary Herbst and Janice Claton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
