He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Lynn Hayman; his son-in-law Gary Hayman of Pocatello; his daughter Janet Hayman of Brigham City, Utah; and his sisters, Doris Ann Kennedy, Linda Lee Kennedy and Patty Sue Kennedy.
