He is survived by: his children, Sarah Rubin of Chicago and Loren Rubin of Los Angeles; the mother of his children Arlene Cohn Rubin of Chicago; his daughters-in-law, Patty Rubin of Los Angeles and Barb Schmidt of Chicago; his grandson Maxwell Rubin; his wife Diane Stark; his family, Ryan and Natalia Stark; and also, Desmond of Reno, Nevada. and Djuna of Reno, Nevada..
