He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Hasselquist and Pauline Hasselquist (Waller); his son David Hunter Hasselquist; his siblings, Norma Jean, Stuart Hasselquist and Keith Hasselquist; his sister-in-law Claudia Hasselquist; and his nephew Niles Hasselquist.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Leggott (Michael) of Grand Island, Nebraska; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Hasselquist of Holdrege, Nebraska, Jessica Covi (Kristopher Covi) of Omaha, Nebraska, Tyson Hasselquist (Krist Voytilla) of Boise, Idaho, Jason Hasselquist (Misty Hasselquist) of Kearney, Nebraska, Eliza Hasselquist (Maher) of Umeå, Sweden, Kate Pepsny (Keith Pepsny) of Seattle, Washington and Heidi Anderson (Chris Anderson) of Holdrege, Nebraska; and his former wife Lana Hunter of Sparks, Nevada.. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins.
