She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Mares and Frances Mares. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ignacio Gonzales II; her children, Joe Gonzales, Dan Gonzales, Mark Gonzales, Jacque Guerra and Ginger Marphis; her children-in-law, Denise Gonzales, Lorena Gonzales, Frank Guerra and Roger Marphis; and her siblings, Connie Moffitt and Romolo Mares. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Church (2900 N McCarran Blvd, Sparks, NV 89431).
