He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Tuttle and Bonnie J. Tuttle; and his siblings, Gerald and Vickie Dunn. He is survived by: his sister Candy Thornton of Long Beach, MS; and his nephews, Derek Tuttle of San Antonio, TX, John Tuttle of San Antonio, TX, Xerxes Tuttle of San Antonio, TX and Scott Carden of Long Beach, MS. He is also survived by cousins and great nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
