It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Cole Garcia (Yerington, Nevada), born in Carson City, Nevada, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Garcia and Valerie Garcia; his siblings, Aiden, Chase, Bradley, Yesenia and Elva; and his grandparents, Lance Hanberg, Susan Lewis and Geraldine Garcia.
The family is requesting donations in lieu of flowers to the Mason Valley Boys and Girls Club, the Lyon County Sheriff's K-9 Unit or the Mason Valley Fire Department.
