He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Plett and Sarah Plett; and his wife Pauline Jean Plett. He is survived by: his sisters, Trudy Krahn (Werner Krahn) and Ellie McLachlin; his daughter Teresa (David Merritt); and his children-in-law, Bernard, Satomi Plett, Brian and Starrla Plett. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
