He is survived by: his family, Hugh and Rosemary Cummings of Accord; his siblings, Joe Perez (Kristin) of Stone Ridge, Ralph Perez of Highland, John Perez of Michigan, Hugh Cummings (Rachel) of Stone Ridge and Jillian Coddington (Lavoid) of Stone Ridge; and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlin Locke, Erica Perez, Jason Perez, Charlotte Perez, Tristram Perez, Madison Coddington, Hugh Cummings, Adrian Cummings, Joey and Peyton.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tongore Park (5096 NY-213, Olivebridge, NY 12461).
