He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gary Berry. He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy and Melanie; his siblings, Anderson and Addison; and his grandparents, Tamera Berry, Bryan and Margit Hogaboom. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many extended family members and friends.
