He was predeceased by : his parents, Eric Vann, and Esther Schuyler Vann, Sr.; the mother of his children Linda May Vann; his wife Bella Mae; and his siblings, Eric Vann, Jr. and Francis Hutchinson.
He is survived by : his children, Donald Vann, Jr. (Rene), Lorraine, Richard Vann, Nancy Fowler (Steven), Gail Jones (Garry) and Henderson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
