We are sad to announce that, on December 20, 2025, at the age of 14, Nicholas J. Monaghan of Adams, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald Monaghan; and his great-grandparent Ira Idzenga. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Monaghan and Rebecca Monaghan of Adams; his sister Madisyn Monaghan; his grandparents, Nancy Paul (Jason Williams), Jeffery S. Youngs (Cheryl Bigelow), Pamela and James Stewart; his aunts and uncles, Shelby Farman, Jeffery, Brian Corbett-Youngs, Donald Monaghan, Adam Monaghan, Megan Monaghan, Kirstin Feldman and Deana Monaghan; and his great-grandparents, Carol Idzenga, Lynn and Norma Youngs. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nicholas' honor may be made to the Smithville Fire Department, 13727 Co. Rte. 63, Adams, NY 13605.
