She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Perry; her son-in-law Travis Johnston; and her grandson Travis Johnston II. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel St (Jess) of Adams Center and Stephanie Smith (Edward) of Adams Center; her grandchildren, Jessica Dougherty (Mason), Owen Collins (Jessie), Lucas Smith (Gracie), Brooke Bachelor (Jaden), Zander Monaghan, Carleigh Johnston, Garrett Simpson, Eddie Molnar and Emory Molnar; her great grandchildren, Travis, Robin, Hudson and Presley; and her siblings, Randy Bushaw (Becky) of Antwerp, Sherry Makuch (Bill) of Calcium, Brian Bushaw (Cindy) of Watertown and Cindy Fader (Ken) of South Lyon, MI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home (117 N Massey St, Watertown, NY 13601).
