She was predeceased by : her parents, George Baxter and Rosena Baxter (Guiles). She is survived by : her husband Arden Howard; her sons, Jason Howard (Ann) of Addison and Christopher Howard of Addison; her grandson Nolan; her siblings, Timothy Baxter (Therese) of Parishville, Charles Baxter of Canada and Malia Bender (Rob) of Canada; and her close friend Carmen Jones of Vestal. She is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
