He was predeceased by: his parents, Deyo S. Loucks and Wilma A. Loucks (Smith); his son David Loucks; his grandson Brody Loucks; his parents-in-law, Leslie and Wilma Watson; and his brother-in-law Richard Watson.

He is survived by: his wife Vicki Loucks; his son Daniel Loucks (Lindy); his stepson Kenneth "Michael" Cunningham (Christy); his grandchildren, Brittany Huckabee (Will), Kennedy Cunningham, McKenzie Patty (Andrew), Josh Vernon (Emily), Amanda Ramon (Ruben) and David Loucks; his sisters-in-law, Sally Fazzary and Roberta Watson; and his friends, Todd, Hellen West, Fadilah Gambrell (Rick), Gary Aumick, Carl Risley and Amish.
