In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Edith leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Edith may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her aunts, Nancy Scouten and Gretchen Davis (Tom); and her cousin David Scouten. She is survived by: her parents, James Scouten and Delight Scouten; her brother George; her uncle Bill Scouten; and her great-aunts, Theola Shukwit and Naomi Lawrence.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of the Redeemer (1 Wombaugh Square, Addison, NY 14801).
