He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Kowalcyk of Bigler, PA and Ginger Southard (Heck); his children, Timothy Heck (Breanna) of Horseheads, NY, Makayla Noyes of Addison, NY, Cody Sherman of Painted Post, NY and Iliah Stickler of Horseheads, NY; his grandchildren, Alaina, Gage, Jaylee, Karleigh, Sevi and Loki; and his brothers, Ricky Allen of Addison, NY, Randy Allen of Troupsburg, NY, Scott Heck of Elkland, PA, Joe Heck of Harrisburg, PA and Greg Heck of Westfield, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
