It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jordan Jacob Allen Bacon of Addison, New York, who passed away on October 12, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roy Bacon; his great-grandparents, John and Norma Crane; and his cousins, John McCarrick, Lora Spencer, Mark Swan, Macy Cady and Brynlee Rae Ward.
He is survived by: his parents, Brett Bacon and Tara Bacon (Mack); his daughter Oakley Bacon (Aiyana Cunningham); his brother Tyler Mack (Emily); his grandparents, Herb, Connie Mack and Deborah Bacon; his aunts and uncles, Clara, Gary Swan, Herbie, Candy Mack and Michael Woughter; his sibling's children, Joslyn Yarka, Reagan Vance, Roslyn Smith, Dilaney Yarka and Dempsey Yarka; and his extended family, Ashley and Chloe Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the H. P. Smith & Son, Inc. Funeral Home - Woodhull (1607 Main St, Woodhull, NY 14898). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Woodhull Cemetery (5404 NY-417, Woodhull, NY 14898).
