With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce R. Simmons of Afton, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Donald A. Simmons. She is survived by : her children, Donna J. Bullis of Houston, TX, Brenda A. Meeker (Lary), Coventry, Debra G. Leizear, Donald S. Simmons and Afton; and her brother Glen Barnes (Mary). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
