He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Harder Barr and Richard Burgess Barr. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Schell; his children, Cindy (Greg) and David (Jennipher); his grandchildren, Alex Tiley (Stefanie), Katherine Tiley (John), Trey Mills (Andrea) and Paige; his great grandchildren, Bryanna, Aiden and Jackson; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Bonnie; his nephew Michael (Robin); his niece Kimberlee; his sister-in-law Grace Barr; his nephew Tim Barr; his niece Terry MacArthur; Tracy (Daniel Phillips).
The family asks that any memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or the Oneonta Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
