She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice O'Leary and Mary O'Leary; her husband Timothy Flaherty; her siblings, Frances Guy (John Guy), Mary Onderdonk, Catherine, Ann and Cornelius O'Leary; and her brother-in-law Desmond Flaherty.

She is survived by: her daughter Colleen (Chuck); her siblings-in-law, Eleanor Flaherty, Edward Flaherty (Marion) and Frank Onderdonk; her grandchildren, Timmy and Casey; and her pets, Jack, Clover and Beggar.

In lieu of flowers, Pat's family requests that donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
