He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Melanie Karl, Jake Backe (Danelle), Laura Zebrowski (Adam), Sarah Backe and Adored; and his sister Kathie Minnich (Don). He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
